To get the most out of the Manure Standards project, it is important to engage local actors in the very beginning. This is especially important since the project results may to have a strong impact on its target groups in participating countries. The goal is to provide not just up-to-date knowledge of the current situation in manure management, but also hands-on tools for better manure use and management. For creating these tools, it is essential to map the needs of the target groups – farmers, advisors and authorities.
Manure Standards is organising local kick-off events for target groups and stakeholders in all participating countries. On this page and Manure Standard’s Twitter page (@ManureStandards) we will deliver the best bites and the most interesting takeaways afterwards – stay tuned!
